"Managing my account made me lose confidence"
I tried to update my account details and thought it would be quick, but it turned into way more of a hassle than it needed to be. Support took a while to get back to me, and by the time it was sorted, I was just frustrated. It’s the kind of experience that makes you question how reliable the service is overall.

Renewal time rolled around and, surprise, I got charged the wrong amount. I contacted support thinking they’d help straighten it out, but that turned into its own little adventure of getting nowhere. Not exactly the smooth renewal experience I was dreaming of.

"It activated, but I still regret buying from them"
The key did eventually activate, so I guess that part worked. But the whole thing was way more annoying than it needed to be. I kept waiting around and double-checking stuff that should’ve been simple from the start. Support wasn’t much help either, just slow replies that didn’t really clear anything up. I kind of feel stupid for trusting them and expecting it to be straightforward. It worked in the end, but I wouldn’t buy from here again.

"Felt like I was guessing half the time"
Trying to get clear answers from them was frustrating. The replies took a while, and when they did come through, they didn’t really address what I was asking. I had to follow up more than once, and from the tone of the messages, I kind of got the impression they were either rushed or not really paying attention. Maybe that wasn’t the case, but that’s how it came across. I still wasn’t totally sure what was going on by the end, so I wouldn’t recommend them if you need quick, straightforward help

I’m still waiting on my delivery, so it’s been a bit frustrating. I understand delays can happen, but it really reminded me how much we rely on reliable timing when we plan our day around something arriving.

"Tech support really wasn’t helpful"
I had a frustrating time with their tech support. I reached out with what I thought was a straightforward question about a software issue, but the replies I got were super short, like they were barely reading what I wrote.
It felt like they just wanted to close the ticket and move on, not actually help me fix anything. The whole thing dragged on way too long, and in the end, of course, I figured out most of it myself.

"Warranty support wore me out"
I tried to use the warranty and just got tired of the whole process. I went back and forth looking for help, but it never really went anywhere. By the end, it felt like the guarantee didn’t do much for me at all.

I did end up getting my refund, so it worked out in the end, but the process was more frustrating than it needed to be. From my experience, support took a while to respond and the instructions weren’t very clear, which made it hard to know what was actually happening. If I had gotten clearer updates along the way, it would’ve felt a lot less confusing...

I thought this would be one of those quick fixes, but nope. I reported the issue and just assumed they’d sort it out, because that’s usually how these things go. Unfortunately, the problem is still there and nothing has really changed.

I reached out to sales before buying because I had a handful of questions, like how the setup worked, what was included, whether it would fit what I needed, little stuff like that. The replies came back quickly, but they felt kind of rushed, almost like they were just checking the box. They did technically answer me, but some things were still unclear, so I ended up asking the same question again in a different way, which was a bit annoying. Nobody was rude or anything, and it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I expected more guidance before spending money. Like, even a clearer explanation, a quick example, or just a more detailed answer would’ve helped a lot. In the end everything worked out, but the sales support could definitely be better.

"Activation felt a bit sketchy"
I bought a key, but the activation process made me nervous. I couldn’t really verify through Microsoft that it was legit, so I stopped using it and asked for a refund. Maybe other people had a better experience, but for me, the software just didn’t feel authentic.

I bought from mychoicesoftware.com the download steps annoyed me quickly. The email had the info in it, but it wasn’t clear what I was supposed to click first or where the product key was supposed to go. I had to keep going back and forth trying to figure it out, which I really don’t have the patience for. Maybe it’s fine if you’ve done it before, but for me it was a frustrating start.

"Something about it just felt off"
I don’t know, the whole thing just didn’t really feel right to me. It felt hard to trust, especially when it seemed like I was dealing more with automated systems than actual people. That always makes me a little resentful, because it feels like no one’s really listening

I thought I knew what I was paying when I checked out but then the final charge ended up being more than I expected and I wish the billing had been clearer before I hit submit because it left me feeling a little surprised and annoyed

"Easy to buy, frustrating to get help afterward"
The buying part was smooth, and I didn’t have any issues placing my order. But once I needed help with a basic question afterward, things got frustrating really quickly.

The replies took a while, and when they did come in, they felt like copied-and-pasted responses that didn’t really answer what I was asking. I ended up repeating myself more than once, which made the whole thing feel way harder than it needed to be.

Maybe other people have had a better experience, but the support after purchasing really left a bad impression on me. I walked away feeling ignored and disappointed, so I wouldn’t be in a hurry to buy from them again unless I was sure I wouldn’t need any help

"Pretty limited selection"
I went in looking for some software options, but there just wasn’t much to pick from. A bunch of the stuff I had in mind wasn’t there at all, and a few things only had one version available, which didn’t really help. Kind of reminded me of when I go grocery shopping with a list and somehow they’re out of the one weirdly specific thing I actually need. Anyway, I ended up getting frustrated and left without buying anything.

I bought a license here, but it ended up not being compatible with the version I’m using. Support did get back to me, which I appreciated, but it really took longer than I expected to get everything sorted out.
